Even now, even when prayer should be at the top of our list of things we want to do, I still struggle. I think I always will. But you know what? At the exact same time, I still have faith. I still believe prayer matters. I still witness changes happening. I still know God hears and that He cares and that prayer is important. I am guessing I’ll live my whole lifetime on a roller coaster of a great prayer life and then a severely lacking prayer life and then back up to the top… not because God is all over the place, but because I am.
